Your separate opt-in
The questionnaire offers an optional choice to let recruiters request access to your profile. It is separate from the consent needed to build and store your profile. Leaving it off does not prevent you from creating a profile. Public profile URLs remain accessible to ordinary visitors, who may themselves work in recruitment.
Current recruiter workflow
Our team manages recruiter briefs and shortlists for profiles that opted in. Recruiters are not given unrestricted access to all users. A shortlist does not itself authorize the release of private contact details, CVs, payment information or account records.
A request to share information beyond your public page requires your specific permission. You may approve, decline or ignore that request. Any information you choose to send directly to a recruiter is also subject to your relationship with that recipient.
What may be shared
With the relevant permission, recruiter work may use public professional information such as your role, skills, experience, education and location. We do not sell full account records or grant access to private authentication, billing, review-invitation or safety data.
Commercial recruitment services may be provided to partners, but payment by a partner does not override your consent or the access limits in this policy.
Changing your choice
Contact hello@mylongo.io to withdraw recruiter participation or ask about a request. We will verify your identity, update the relevant permission and stop future sharing based on that permission. Contact support if you cannot change this preference through the available account controls.
Withdrawal does not retract information already lawfully shared or remove copies someone made of a publicly accessible page. You may separately request profile deletion or ask us to help with a recipient’s use of your data.
Accountability
Administrative recruiter actions are subject to access controls and recorded administrative activity. This does not mean that every ordinary visit to a public profile identifies a particular recruiter. Contact us to raise a concern about a recruiter request or suspected misuse.
