Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Rotation. Give accurate information, protect your login credentials and use only an account you are entitled to access. Contact hello@mylongo.io promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Age is self-declared; we do not independently verify your identity or date of birth.
Your content
You retain your rights in the photos, personal information and other content you upload. You give Longo Digital a limited licence to store, process, adapt and display that content as needed to provide myLongo, including creating your profile, generating portraits and narrative text, and providing the features you choose.
Only submit content you own or have permission to use. Your photos must depict you and your factual information must be accurate. A public profile can be viewed and shared by people who know its address; absence from Discover does not make a published profile private.
AI-generated output
To the extent Longo Digital holds intellectual-property rights in the generated portraits and narrative, it retains those rights and grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use that output on myLongo and elsewhere. Your underlying content and likeness remain yours. This does not promise that every AI output attracts copyright or is exclusive, and does not override third-party rights.
AI can make mistakes. Review generated text and images before requesting publication. Use available editing tools, subject to your plan allowance, or contact support to correct a factual error you cannot fix yourself. The AI Content Disclosure explains how generation works.
Profile publication
Profiles publish once account verification, generation and any required payment are complete. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information. myLongo does not independently verify identity, qualifications or professional claims.
Plans and recurring payments
The available plans are Standard at R429 per month and Executive at R729 per month. Current prices, monthly edit allowances and features appear on the plan-selection page before checkout. Paid subscriptions use PayFast and renew monthly until cancelled. By authorizing recurring payment at checkout, you authorize that monthly charge. A payment attempt alone does not activate paid benefits; PayFast must confirm it.
Standard includes 50 monthly profile edits and five AI goal searches per day. Executive includes unlimited profile edits and 15 AI goal searches per day. Both include the profile features shown at checkout. Existing Free and Basic accounts receive complimentary Standard access without changes to an existing billing mandate. Acceptable use and ending your account
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We may restrict, suspend or remove content or accounts involved in fraud, impersonation, abuse or other violations, subject to applicable law. You may request account deletion through hello@mylongo.io. Stop recurring billing through your plan controls as well; uninstalling an app or stopping visits does not cancel a subscription.
Account deletion can remove your profile and associated content. Certain payment, security or dispute records may need to be retained for legitimate or legal purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Service limitations and liability
myLongo does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI content, employment, recruiter interest or successful connections. Exercise your own judgment when relying on a profile or meeting someone.
To the extent permitted by law, Longo Digital’s total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to Longo Digital in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, gross negligence or any mandatory consumer remedy. Your non-excludable statutory rights take precedence over these terms.
Changes, disputes and governing law
We may update these terms and show the revised date. Material changes will be communicated by account email or an in-app notice with an appropriate opportunity to review them before they apply. Changes do not remove rights relating to earlier transactions.
South African law governs these terms. Contact hello@mylongo.io with a description of any complaint so we can investigate and work towards a resolution. You remain free to approach a competent regulator, consumer body or court; these terms do not require you to waive that right.
