Board Chair
Imbali Growth Partners · Fictional organisation
Chairing an independent board supporting founder-led companies through growth and succession. Working with executive teams on governance, capital allocation and long-term strategy.

Bringing thoughtful capital, clear direction and a human perspective to the boardroom.
The person & the practiceI work at the intersection of leadership, investment and the decisions that shape a business’s next chapter. My path has taken me from financial analysis to executive leadership, and from building teams to helping boards ask better questions.
Today, I chair the board of Imbali Growth Partners and work with founder-led businesses preparing for expansion or succession. I care about sound governance, patient capital and a strategy the people delivering it can believe in.
Colleagues describe me as thoughtful, decisive, curious, grounded and collaborative. I enjoy bringing different perspectives into the same room, making complex choices clearer, and leaving space for the next generation of leaders.
Outside the boardroom, I spend time with contemporary art, a good book or a walking trail. I speak English, isiZulu and Sesotho, and I’m always interested in the stories behind a point of view. All roles, organisations and accomplishments in this demonstration are fictional.
